How To Make Mascarpone Cheese and Pear Pasta
- Cook pasta according to the package instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add tablespoons over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add onions and garlic and sauté over medium-low heat until the onions are translucent. About 5-7 minutes.
- Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for another 30 seconds.
- Add reserved pear juice, diced pear, mascarpone cheese, and parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti pasta to the sauce. Toss well. Serve with some additional grated parmesan cheese.
