Ingredients
- 8 slices provolone cheese diced
- 8 slices deli ham diced
- 8 slices genoa salami diced
- 8 slices capacolla diced
- ⅓ cup roasted red peppers diced
- ⅓ cup pepperoncini diced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Dice all meats, vegetables and cheese into small bite sized pieces.
