How To Make A Strawberry Yogurt Pie

You can use any other yogurt as your base flavor. One of my favorite yogurts, although it can be a little hard to find, is lemon yogurt. Substitute the same amount of lemon yogurt for the strawberry yogurt, and you’ve got yourself a Lemon Chiffon Pie!

WHIPPED CREAM – Serve a whipped cream on the side or top of each slice for added creaminess.

SAUCE – Drizzle a fruit sauce, like raspberry or mango, over the pie for an extra flavor.

ICED TEA – A cup of cold iced tea can be the perfect beverage for this light and fruity pie.

Leftovers and Storage

STORE – Cover the pie with plastic wrap or put it in an airtight container to store leftovers. Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

FREEZE – For longer storage, wrap the pie tightly in plastic wrap and put it in a freezer-safe container or plastic freezer bag. Freeze it for up to 2 months. To eat, thaw the pie in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

TIP: You can also eat this pie partially frozen. It’s delicious!!!
