Ingredients needed to make TikTok Pasta.

SPAGHETTI PASTA – The backbone of this dish, the pasta’s long, thin shape pairs perfectly with the sauce and absorbs the flavor.

GROUND BEEF – Adds a savory, hearty component, making the dish filling and satisfying.

OPTIONAL: I’m using amazing store-bought sauce (and making the easiest, aka the lazy person’s pasta version), so I don’t use additional spices. But if you want, you can add some garlic powder and onion powder to your ground beef.

MARINARA SAUCE – A tomato-based sauce that provides a robust, tangy counterpart to the creamy alfredo. I am biased but strongly recommend Rao’s Marinara. It’s the best, and you can skip any other seasoning. And it doesn’t have to be Marinara. Use your favorite red pasta sauce.

ALFREDO SAUCE – This creamy, buttery sauce adds a layer of richness and velvety texture. I love Rao’s Alfredo pasta and used their store-bought Alfredo in this recipe. If you’re looking for a homemade version, try this recipe.

MOZZARELLA CHEESE – It creates a beautiful, cheesy, visually appealing, and delicious layer when melted.

PARMESAN CHEESE – Adds a sharp, salty note that perfectly complements the other flavors.

Variations

MEAT OPTIONS – Add an extra flavor boost with sweet or hot Italian sausage. You can also opt for healthier versions and replace the meat with ground turkey or ground chicken.

SPICES – Instead of using dried herbs, use minced garlic cloves and onion. And if you are like me and like a bit of heat, try adding half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the pasta sauce.

FREEZE – This recipe is freezer-friendly, too! Transfer the leftovers into a freezer-safe container and pop them in the freezer. They can be stored this way for up to 3 months.

REHEAT – For a quick meal, microwave individual servings until hot. If you’re not in a rush, you can reheat it in the oven. Set your oven to 350° Fahrenheit and warm the spaghetti until it’s heated through.

Recipe Success Tips

DRAINING THE BEEF – Drain the ground beef to avoid a greasy casserole.

AL DENTE PASTA – Cook your spaghetti to al dente according to package instructions. It will continue to cook in the oven.

CHEESE LAYERING – Even distribution of the cheese ensures each bite is as delicious as the last.

BAKING TIME – Keep an eye on your dish as it bakes. You’re aiming for a golden, bubbling cheese layer.

RESTING TIME – Allow the baked spaghetti casserole to rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps the flavors meld together.

Serving Ideas

SIDE SALAD – A simple side salad like our creamy Cucumber Salad or Tomato Salad balances this hearty main dish.

GARLIC BREAD – Because who can resist the classic combination of spaghetti and garlic bread?

VEGETABLES – Lightly steamed broccoli or green beans add color and a contrasting texture.
