IF A RECIPE CALLS FOR A 9X5 LOAF CAN CAN YOU PUT THE BATTER INTO MINI LOAF PANS. IF YOU CAN HOW LONG DO YOU BAKE IT THAN AND WHAT TEMP.

    1. Yes, you can absolutely use mini loaf pans instead of a 9×5. Keep the oven temperature the same, but start checking for doneness around 25 to 30 minutes. They’re ready when a toothpick comes out clean and the tops are lightly golden. Fill the pans about two-thirds full so they bake evenly.
