Strawberry Tiramisu has layers of fresh, juicy strawberries, rich, delicious cream filling, and orange liqueur-infused ladyfinger cookies.

This no-bake strawberry tiramisu is a dessert hit. Every single time. It's an easy, no-bake dessert that's perfect for making ahead of time. Get ready for your guests to do some serious oohing and aahing.
Similar to our popular no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake, this dessert is made for warm summer days.
Strawberry Tiramisu is a delicious spin on traditional tiramisu. A classic Italian, no-bake dessert made with ladyfinger cookies, a creamy liqueur filling, and chocolate.
Instead of using coffee and chocolate, we're using strawberries and orange flavors.
What You'll Need
LADYFINGERS. You can find these in the cookie aisle in most major supermarkets or order them online.
MASCARPONE - This rich Italian cream cheese is part of the delicious cream filling. Make sure to allow the mascarpone cheese to rise to room temperature.
HEAVY CREAM. To get perfectly whipped cream, pre-chill the bowl before you start whisking the heavy cream with the electric mixer.
POWDERED SUGAR. Make sure you sift the powdered sugar before adding it to the heavy whipping cream. Otherwise, you end up with a cream filling that has tiny clumps of sugar.
STRAWBERRIES. You could use frozen strawberries, but for this recipe, I strongly recommend using fresh strawberries. There is something incredibly delicious about fresh, juicy strawberries, especially in spring and summer.
STRAWBERRY PRESERVE - Think of strawberry preserve as an additional flavor booster. But if you don't have any on hand, you can skip this ingredient. However, I highly recommend you don't.
I use the entire jar of this brand, which equals 13 ounces. Some strawberry preserve jars come in 12-ounce jars. That's fine, too.
ORANGE JUICE -. Although fresh-squeezed orange juice is always best, you can use simple bottled orange juice.
Orange Liqueur. My favorite orange liqueur is Cointreau. But you can also use Triple Sec, which is a lot more affordable and has a very similar taste.
Variations and Additions
- Ladyfingers. If you have a difficult time getting ladyfinger cookies, you can substitute them with Stella Doro Cookies Margherita. Those you'll find in the cookie aisle of every supermarket. They make for a more shortcake-like biscuit layer but are also incredibly delicious.
- Mascarpone. You should be able to find mascarpone cheese in every supermarket. But if you can't, you substitute it with plain cream cheese.
Quick Recipe for Cream Cheese Substitution: Combine 16 ounces of full-fat cream cheese with 1 stick of softened, unsalted butter. Beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Proceed with the recipe as described above.

Recipe Success Tips
Let's talk a little more about the mascarpone cheese. You'll find this brand in most supermarkets. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods also carry their own brands that work well.
But if you want to take your strawberry lasagna to the next level, look for a brand called 'Sterilgarda Mascarpone.' I believe it's an import, and I'm lucky because close to my house is an authentic Italian delicatessen store that carries many traditional Italian brands.
And it's the creamiest and tastiest mascarpone cheese I've ever used.
But any other mascarpone cheese will work just as well. And even if you're using my cream cheese mascarpone hack (scroll up for the recipe), you'll get no complaints.
How Long Does Strawberry Tiramisu Last?
You can Strawberry Tiramisu a day in advance. You can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
