Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Slice the Hawaiian rolls down the middle and place on a baking sheet.
  • Mix the chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.
  • Spread the Ranch dressing evenly on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls. Add Mozzarella cheese, followed by the chicken and Buffalo sauce. Top with Blue cheese and place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls on top.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic. Using a pastry brush, brush the butter mixture on top of the rolls, followed by a sprinkle of parsley.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350º Fahrenheit.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are crispy. Allow the sliders to cool slightly. Cut sliders or pull apart and serve warm.
