INGREDIENTS

STEP 1 

Peel, wash, and chop potatoes and soup greens. Soup green mixes might vary. More info go to the blog. Chop Wiener sausages and set aside. 

STEP 2 

Add the chopped potatoes and soup greens  o a large pot and add four cups of beef broth. Bring everything to a boil.

STEP 3 

Add nutmeg to the soup and pour in heavy cream and continue to simmer until the veggies are tender. 

STEP 4 

Use an immersion blender and blend the potatoes and soup vegetables until the soup is smooth and creamy. 

STEP 5 

Add the chopped wiener sausage to the soup. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the sausages are warm. 

TIME TO SERVE AND ENJOY

Once the sausages are warm and if desired you've seasoned the soup with salt and black pepper it's time to enjoy.
