Bean and Beef Casserole
Cheesy Beef and Bean Casserole is a delicious recipe the whole family loves.
Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet. About 8 minutes. Remove any excess fat.
Transfer canned diced tomatoes into a food process, purée until smooth.
Making The Casserole
Transfer the cooked beef mixture, red kidney beans, tomatoes, and chunky salsa, and chili powder into an ungreased 8x11 casserole baking dish. Season with salt.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 400 Fahrenheit.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded sharp Cheddar.
Continue to bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
