These Air Fryer Pork Chops come out juicy in the middle with golden, seasoned edges in about 15 minutes. A quick rub of olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic, and onion powder is all it takes. No breading, one flip, and a thermometer to tell you when they are done.

Preheat the air fryer to 400º Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
Pat the pork chops completely dry on both sides with paper towels.
Stir together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder in a small bowl.
Rub both sides of each chop with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning over both sides and press it gently into the meat.
Air fry
Arrange the chops in a single layer with a little space between them. Work in batches if needed.
Cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook 5 to 9 minutes more, until an instant-read thermometer in the thickest part reads 145º Fahrenheit.
Remove each chop as it reaches temperature. Give the others another 1 to 2 minutes before checking again.
Rest and serve
Transfer the chops to a plate, tent loosely with foil, and rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
FOOD SAFETY
USDA guidance for pork chops is 145º Fahrenheit measured before the chops leave the heat, followed by a 3-minute rest. The 5-minute rest here covers it.
Chops of different weights finish at different times. Pull each one at 145º Fahrenheit and keep the rest going.
REST TIME
The 5-minute rest is not included in the total time.
SALT
The full teaspoon is for Diamond Crystal kosher salt. With Morton kosher or table salt, use a heaping ½ teaspoon.
