For The Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

For The Salad Bowl

  • 3 Avocado
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 14 ounces Organic Black Beans
  • 14 ounces Organic Corn
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce

Instructions

  • Add chicken breast, fresh garlic cloves, and Buffalo sauce into your Crockpot and set on high for three hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred the cooked chicken.
  • In a large bowl combine avocado, tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
  • Make a bed of lettuce add the veggies and top with the shredded Buffalo chicken. Drizzle with Ranch dressing. Serve and enjoy.
