- 3 Avocado
- 3 medium Tomatoes
- 14 ounces Organic Black Beans
- 14 ounces Organic Corn
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 cups fresh lettuce
Add chicken breast, fresh garlic cloves, and Buffalo sauce into your Crockpot and set on high for three hours.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred the cooked chicken.
In a large bowl combine avocado, tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
Make a bed of lettuce add the veggies and top with the shredded Buffalo chicken. Drizzle with Ranch dressing. Serve and enjoy.
