Dice all meats, vegetables and cheese into small bite sized pieces.
Add cheese, meats and vegetables to a large bowl and stir, separating any pieces that have stuck together.
In a separate bowl, combine olive oil and dry seasonings. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour the olive oil mixture into the other ingredients and mix well to combine all ingredients.
Add dip to a serving dish and sprinkle parsley on top.
