Place the candy melt in a microwave-safe dish in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. The time it takes really depends on your microwave, but it should take between 5 and 7 minutes.
Dip one end of your candy stick into the chocolate about ½-inch deep. Immediately wedge the chocolate end into the middle of the cookie cream between the two wafers. Let sit and harden for 3 minutes.
Once the stick is secure, dip the cookie into the melted chocolate. Lightly tap the stick on the side of the bowl to shake any excess chocolate. Place on a piece of parchment paper to set and harden.
Transfer the remaining melted chocolate to a piping bag. After 5-7 minutes, the cookies should be ready to handle. Use a piping bag to dab a little bit of chocolate near the top middle of the cookie and attach the horn sprinkle.
Use the piping bag to attach sprinkles around the horn and halfway down one side of the cookie. This is the mane of your unicorn. Any sprinkles will do, but I find rainbow-coloured ones are always the most fun.
Attach two candy eyeballs directly in the middle of the cookie below the horn. Let stand for 10 minutes just to fully set then enjoy!
