Tuna Casserole

This old-fashioned Tuna Noodle Casserole is the perfect nostalgic comfort food. It’s hearty, creamy, and full of flavor. This recipe uses pantry ingredients that you can keep on hand for quick dinners. It takes just minutes to assemble and is ready in under an hour.

  • Preheat the oven to 375º Fahrenheit.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, al dente. Drain and set them aside.
  • Whisk the cream of celery, cream of mushroom, sour cream, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Add the cheese, cooked noodles, drained tuna, and peas, and then stir to combine.
  • Spread the tuna mixture into the bottom of a 9x13” baking dish and top with crushed potato chips.
  • Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes at 375º Fahrenheit. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley.
