Thanksgiving Quiche

This savory breakfast treat using Thanksgiving leftovers.

  • Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit and spray a 10-inch quiche pan with non-stick spray.
  • Beat the eggs in a large bowl using a whisk to beat the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic.
  • Fold in the stuffing, turkey, and cheese. Pour the mixture into the quiche pan.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the center is set and no longer jiggly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

It might be easier to put your quiche pan in the oven and then pour in the filling because quiche pans are shallow and easy to spill.
