These Crockpot Sweet and Sour Pork Chops turn a few simple ingredients into restaurant-quality dinner with almost no effort from you. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Add the sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks with their juice, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the slow cooker. Stir until evenly combined.
Nestle the pork chops into the sauce mixture, turning them as needed so they are fully coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach an internal temperature of 145° Fahrenheit.
Gently stir to coat the pork chops in the sauce once more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm over rice or mashed potatoes.
