Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

These Crockpot Sweet and Sour Pork Chops turn a few simple ingredients into restaurant-quality dinner with almost no effort from you. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

  • Add the sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks with their juice, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the slow cooker. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Nestle the pork chops into the sauce mixture, turning them as needed so they are fully coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach an internal temperature of 145° Fahrenheit.
  • Gently stir to coat the pork chops in the sauce once more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm over rice or mashed potatoes.
