Slow Cooker No-Bean Chili with Beef and Sausage

Cook ground beef and Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble as the meat cooks.
While the meat is cooking, add all of the remaining ingredients, except the onions, to the slow cooker. Stir the ingredients until combined.
Add the browned beef and sausage to the slow cooker along with the diced onion. Stir everything together and place the lid on the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 2-4 hours until the onions have cooked down and the flavors have melded.
Serve the chili warm with any desired toppings.
