Slow Cooker No-Bean Chili with Beef and Sausage

Our Slow Cooker No-Bean Chili is hearty, flavorful, and packs just the right amount of heat. It's perfect for everyday dinners and an excellent addition to your weekly meal prep.

  • Cook ground beef and Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble as the meat cooks.
  • While the meat is cooking, add all of the remaining ingredients, except the onions, to the slow cooker. Stir the ingredients until combined.
  • Add the browned beef and sausage to the slow cooker along with the diced onion. Stir everything together and place the lid on the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 2-4 hours until the onions have cooked down and the flavors have melded.
  • Serve the chili warm with any desired toppings.
