Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit and cover a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare your favorite stuffing recipe according to the instructions.
Place the bacon flat onto your work surface. Flatten the bacon with the palms of your hand. Use about a tablespoon of stuffing and place it on the bacon. Carefully wrap the bacon.
Place the bacon rolls onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in the oven until the outside turns crispy and the stuffing has cooked through.
Bacon - You can make bacon rolls with just one slice of bacon or use two slices for a larger roll. If you use two slices, just lay them side-by-side with the fatty sides overlapping each other a little bit. Press the overlap together with your fingers so the strips of bacon bind to one another.If you are making large bacon rolls I plan for 1 roll per guest if you are making smaller sized bacon rolls, plan for 2-3 rolls per person.
