Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon
  • cups cooked stuffing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit and cover a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare your favorite stuffing recipe according to the instructions.
  • Place the bacon flat onto your work surface. Flatten the bacon with the palms of your hand. Use about a tablespoon of stuffing and place it on the bacon. Carefully wrap the bacon.
  • Place the bacon rolls onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in the oven until the outside turns crispy and the stuffing has cooked through.

Notes

Bacon - You can make bacon rolls with just one slice of bacon or use two slices for a larger roll. If you use two slices, just lay them side-by-side with the fatty sides overlapping each other a little bit. Press the overlap together with your fingers so the strips of bacon bind to one another.
If you are making large bacon rolls I plan for 1 roll per guest if you are making smaller sized bacon rolls, plan for 2-3 rolls per person.
