This Pizza Casserole layers sweet Italian sausage, ground beef, crispy bacon, and pepperoni with pasta, marinara, and melty mozzarella. It bakes in one dish for an easy, hearty meat lovers dinner that feeds a crowd and reheats beautifully for next-day lunches.
Cook the bacon on the stovetop, or bake it at 425º Fahrenheit for 18 to 20 minutes, then pat dry and dice.
Cook the pasta to al dente according to the package directions, then drain.
Brown the sausage and ground beef in a large skillet, then drain the fat. Stir in the garlic powder, oregano, and chili pepper flakes. Add the diced bacon and the marinara sauce, and simmer until warm.
Combine the meat sauce with the cooked pasta in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.
Bake at 400º Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese melts.
