No-Bake Oreo Pie Recipe

  • Remove 20 Oreo cookies from the bag and set them aside for later.

Crust

  • Place the remaining Oreo cookies into a food processor and crush them into small crumbs. This will take about 30 seconds and yield about 2 cups of crumbs.
  • Transfer the crumbs into a medium mixing bowl and add the melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are damp and will stick together between your fingertips.
  • Push the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish. Place in the fridge to chill.

Filling

  • Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Crush 10 Oreo cookies into small pieces and gently fold them into the pie filling.
  • Spoon the Oreo pie filling into the Oreo crust and smooth it out. Chill for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
  • Crush 2 Oreo cookies and sprinkle the crumbs over the top. Use additional whipped topping to garnish the top and use the last Oreo cookies to decorate the pie.
