  • Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  • Whisk softened cream cheese, chicken broth, cottage cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the chicken to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the contents of the mixing bowl to a 9x9” baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the creamy chicken mixture.
  • Combine the crushed crackers and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the buttered crackers over the cheese in the baking dish.
  • Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes until the liquid is bubbly and the cracker topping is golden brown.
  • Serve the casserole hot and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
