  • Beat the thawed lemonade concentrate and the sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl for about 5 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Pour the lemonade mixture into the prepared pie crust and smooth out so that it is even.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 6 hours or until frozen.
  • Once you are ready to serve, pull it out of the freezer and allow it to thaw for 5-10 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream, fresh lemon peel and fresh mint leaves.
