These Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are baked until juicy, then finished in a sticky honey garlic sauce. It is an easy, one-dish weeknight dinner made with simple pantry seasonings, fresh garlic, and ginger. Serve over rice for a meal the whole family loves.
Preheat the oven to 400º Fahrenheit. Line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Add the chicken thighs to the dish. Top with the paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Toss until the chicken is fully coated.
Bake for 15 minutes. Spoon the pan juices over the chicken, then bake until the juices run clear and the chicken reaches 165º Fahrenheit, about 10 to 15 minutes more.
Make the Sauce
Pour the pan juices into a small saucepan. Add the avocado oil. Simmer over medium heat until glossy and slightly thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve
Spoon the sauce over the chicken. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
