Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is a sweet and creamy side dish made with frozen corn, honey, butter, and cream cheese. Everything cooks in one skillet in about 20 minutes. Serve it at weeknight dinners, summer cookouts, and the holiday table.

Instructions

Make the Honey Butter

  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and melt completely.
  • Stir in the honey and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Cook the Corn

  • Add the frozen corn and stir to coat. Cook, stirring often, until the corn is hot and the liquid has mostly cooked off, 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.

Finish and Serve

  • Add the cream cheese in pieces. Stir until melted and the sauce coats the corn, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using. Serve warm.
