This impressive Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu is so easy to make and tastes amazing. It’s the perfect family-friendly comfort food. Tender chicken breasts are drenched in a creamy soup mixture, layers of ham and Swiss cheese, and topped with stuffing.
Whisk together the soup, milk, dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Stir together the stuffing mix, water, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
Pour half of the soup mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker in an even layer. Divide the ham slices and place them in an even layer over the chicken breasts. Divide the Swiss cheese slices and place them in an even layer over the ham slices.
Pour the remaining soup mixture over the swiss cheese, making sure to evenly coat each chicken breast. Sprinkle the stuffing mixture over the top of the chicken.
Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 7-8 hours. Serve and enjoy.
