This Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake is soft, chocolatey, and incredibly easy to make. With its simple ingredients and rich flavor, it’s the perfect dessert for any occasion.
Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Grease a 9” bundt pan.
Cake
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, and vanilla In a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer for two minutes.
Add chocolate chips to the cake mixture and gently stir in with a spoon. Pour into a greased pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
Cool cake in the pan for about 10-15 minutes. Gently shake the pan to loosen the cake, and then invert onto a cake plate. Cool completely.
Glaze
Add the powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl. Slowly add half and half until you get a drizzly consistency. It should be a slow drip (like a thick syrup). You may need more than 2 tablespoons of liquid.
