Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Grease a 9” bundt pan.

Cake

  • Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, and vanilla In a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer for two minutes.
  • Add chocolate chips to the cake mixture and gently stir in with a spoon. Pour into a greased pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
  • Cool cake in the pan for about 10-15 minutes. Gently shake the pan to loosen the cake, and then invert onto a cake plate. Cool completely.

Glaze

  • Add the powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl. Slowly add half and half until you get a drizzly consistency. It should be a slow drip (like a thick syrup). You may need more than 2 tablespoons of liquid.
  • Drizzle the cake with the glaze.

Notes

REMOVING THE CAKE FROM THE CAKE PAN

  • Cool cake in the pan for about 10-15 minutes.
You can also use a 10-inch bundt cake
