Chicken Caprese

This Chicken Caprese combines golden-browned chicken breasts with fresh mozzarella, sweet grape tomatoes, and fresh basil, all drizzled with tangy balsamic glaze. It’s a simple yet stunning dinner that’s perfect for both busy weeknights and entertaining guests!

  • Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
  • Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Top each chicken breast with mozzarella slices.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Top with fresh halved tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic glaze, then add fresh basil leaves.
