Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

This casserole is the ultimate convenient comfort dish! Rotisserie chicken and green beans are combined with a creamy, flavorful soup mixture and then topped with stuffing. This dish is reminiscent of Thanksgiving dinner, but is quick and easy enough to make any night of the week.

  • Preheat the oven to 375º Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
  • Stir the stuffing and chicken broth In a medium bowl. Set it aside so the stuffing can absorb the liquid.
  • Whisk the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add the shredded chicken and frozen green beans to the soup mixture and gently stir until combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture into the bottom of the prepared 9x13” baking dish.Sprinkle the stuffing mixture over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve.
