Blueberry Delight

Instructions

  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Press the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9x13” baking dish.
  • Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice together in a large bowl with an electric mixer, on high speed until smooth. Fold 8 ounces of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Use a spatula to gently spread the cream cheese mixture into an even layer over the graham cracker crust.
  • Pour the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and smooth it into an even layer with a spatula.
  • For the topping, spread the whipped topping in an even layer over the blueberry pie filling.
