Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

Instructions

  • Mix olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the zucchini to the bowl. Toss with a spoon or clean hands until the slices are coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Place the slices in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 400° Fahrenheit. Do not overlap the slices.
  • Flip the slices over and cook for 4-8 additional minutes. Check them every 2 minutes until they are golden brown and to the crispness you like.
  • For those slices that are completely cooked remove them from the air fryer and continue cooking the remainder. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Notes

Times may vary depending the the size of the air fryer and the thickness of your slices. Depending on the size of your zucchini slices you can expect to get 50-60 slices.
