  • Combine onions, bell peppers salt, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 375° Fahrenheit.
  • Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • After 10 minutes, add the chicken sausages to the vegetables and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes. If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve on a plate with rice or sandwich-style in a hotdog bun.

Notes

You can use any fully-cooked flavored chicken sausage.
