Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions. Cook bacon on the stove or oven [18-20 minutes at 425° Fahrenheit]. Once cooked, pat dry, and dice the bacon.
Brown the sausage and ground beef in a large skillet. Stir in garlic powder, oregano, and chili powder. Add the diced bacon and pour the marinara sauce into the skillet. Simmer until warm.
Transfer the meat sauce to a casserole dish and combine it with the cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Top with pepperoni slices.
Bake at 400º Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

If you like a crispy top, turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid accidental burns.
