Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
These oatmeal cranberry cookies are quick to make and packed with flavor, combining hearty rolled oats with sweet dried cranberries for a delicious treat!

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoon butter unsalted, room-temperature
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated and brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Then mix in oats and cranberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
