Preheat your oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray for easy removal.
Place a layer of Oreo cookies in the bottom of the baking dish and pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the Oreos.
Spread a layer of thawed whipped topping over the Oreos. Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the whipped topping.
Finish by placing thinly sliced butter on top of the cake mix. Bake at 350º Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and decorate with crushed Oreos.
