Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 5-10 leaves mint fresh
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • 8 ounces Coconut Water I used Trader Joe's Coconut Water with Pineapple juice. If not available use regular coconut water and add ½ cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 2-3 cubes ice optional

Instructions

  • Combine baby spinach, mint, banana, and diced mango.
  • Add lemon juice and and coconut water in the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
