Chipotle Chicken Wrap

Tender chicken, avocado, lettuce, and tomato are tossed in a mild chipotle mayo and rolled tight in a soft tortilla wrap. Perfect for a delicious quick lunch or easy dinner!

  • Combine chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado in a large bowl. Add chipotle mayonnaise and toss until well combined.
  • Place the tortilla wraps on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture equally and place it in the center of each wrap.
  • Fold the side towards the center and begin to roll into a wrap. Use a knife and cut the wrap in half. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

TIP: Warm the tortilla wraps on the stove or microwave for a few seconds. It's going to be easier to roll the wraps without having cracks and tears.
