Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
A simple and easy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies recipe made in a jiffy! Enjoy each chewy and fruity treat with a hot cup of coffee or tea!
Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat brown sugar and butter in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla extract and continue to beat until well combined.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in oats and raisins into the dough.
Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to place the dough on the baking sheet. Space about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
