  • 2 jars peach halves Trader joe’s
  • 1 package vanilla cake mix Trader joe’s
  • ½ cup butter unsalted, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  • Place peaches in a 9x9 glass baking dish. Add the juice of one jar. Discard the juice of the second jar.
  • Combine vanilla cake mix and cinnamon and sprinkle over the peaches. Sprinkle chopped walnuts.
  • Top with thinly sliced butter and bake for 50-55 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
