  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil any vegetable oil will work
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Slice the bologna, pickles, apple, red onion and parsley. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • In a separate bowl whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad. Combine well. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with a slice of fresh bread or a side dish.
