Classic German side dish perfect with a side of sliced bread or fried potatoes.
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil any vegetable oil will work
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Slice the bologna, pickles, apple, red onion and parsley. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad. Combine well. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Serve with a slice of fresh bread or a side dish.
