Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Spray a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine the BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well to create a smooth glaze.
  • Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the greased casserole dish. Pour the glaze over the pork chops, making sure each chop is well coated.
  • Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil to help keep the moisture in and prevent the glaze from burning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the pork chops are fully cooked.
The internal temperature should reach 145° Fahrenheit when checked with a meat thermometer.
  • If you desire a caramelized top, remove the foil in the last 5 minutes of baking and switch the oven to broil. Broil for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning the glaze.
  • Once done, remove the pork chops from the oven and rest for a few minutes.
