Pineapple Dump Cake

Pineapple Dump Cake is a dessert you can quickly and easily make by layering canned pineapple and buttery cake mix crumbles, then baking everything to golden brown perfection.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375º Fahrenheit.
  • Drain most of the juices of the canned pineapples and transfer the fruit into a 9x13 baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cake mix and melted butter. Use a fork and stir until the mixture is completely mixed and crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar and the cake mix crumble evenly over the pineapples.
  • Bake the dump cake at 375º Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

Notes

Instead of using one can of pineapple tidbits and one can of pineapple chunks, you can also use 2 cans of either one. I like a variety of textures, so I like the combination, but that's up to your personal preferences.
