- 2 jars peach halves Trader joe’s
- 1 package vanilla cake mix Trader joe’s
- ½ cup butter unsalted, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup walnuts chopped
Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
Place peaches in a 9x9 glass baking dish. Add the juice of one jar. Discard the juice of the second jar.
Combine vanilla cake mix and cinnamon and sprinkle over the peaches. Sprinkle chopped walnuts.
Top with thinly sliced butter and bake for 50-55 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
