Delicious! First time making Carbonara (I’m 55 and cook a lot)! Easy, straightforward recipe. It’s definitely going into the rotation for Pasta night. I roasted about 6 bulbs of garlic today and used an entire bulb in this recipe. With fresh homemade sourdough roasted garlic bread it was a divine meal! Thank you.
