Thank you. This was so good. I had a lot of salmon that I needed to cook because it was taking up room in my freezer so I added 500 g of salmon and it still worked out really well. I also added a teaspoon of Cajun spice for a bit of a kick. I think it serves more than 6, more like 10! Husband loved it as well. It made so much that I ended up freezing half of it & am having the rest for dinner tonight. It is winter here so it’s perfect & very satisfying. 😋👌🏽
