Hi Connie. That&#039;s a great question. 
I did a little bit of research and the short answer is yes. A few things to consider. 
Yes, a can of pumpkin puree is about 2 cups. It&#039;s actually just shy of 2 1/2 tablespoons shy of 2 cups. 
And I believe that Australian cups are slightly bigger than American cups (250 ml vs 240 ml) so that would make up the difference nicely. 
But the good news is for this recipe a slight deviation is not going to matter. Have fun baking. :-)]]></description>
