Love.. I made this for a church function and Thanksgiving. The cookies were gone that day. I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon & 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. Cooked 12 mins on a nonstick cookie sheet & 13 mins on a stone. I am going to make again for Christmas. Maybe try dried cranberries instead of raisins for the holiday.
Wonderful recipe.

My go to recipe for oatmeal raisin. Bake them 13 min every time for a perfect cookie. Once I was without eggs and substituted 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. Definitely a win!

Amazing and on the first try! Adding this one to my recipe book. Pretty fool proof! I added about 1/4 cup of walnuts to my dough as well. Will add a dash of cinnamon next round! Also want to try substituting with date paste or syrup instead of brown sugar. We’ll see! My family is cutting back on sugar, but this was a great Valentine’s Day treat for my loves! Thank you!
