Super simple to make. It is making it’s way to my Easter dessert table. I had about 1/2 cup filling leftover so I froze it in a custard cup. I just tasted it and it is so yummy. It is very creamy and smooth with just the right amount of lemonade flavor. I would love to try this using limeade.

Thank you for this. I used to make this 40 years ago, and although it’s easy and the ingredient list is short, if you haven’t made it in a few decades you forget. I’ve been looking for this recipe for a few years now. This is a wonderful pie. It can be made with any frozen juice concentrate. I particularly like lime and orange.
