Hi Cathy. Great question. I&#039;ve got a workaround that&#039;s technically not the same recipe, because we&#039;re not broiling the salmon, but it works. :-) 
Use a regular baking sheet, cover with parchment paper, place the salmon (skin side down) in the center. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and roast at 425º Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. 
Bonus tip: My family has recently been loving Trader Joe&#039;s French Fries and I&#039;ll add those to the same baking sheet. It&#039;s the easiest dinner ever. Hope that helps. :-)]]></description>
