In reply to Abby. I'm so glad you liked it!!! I hadn't even thought about making it with Brie! That's a great idea. I'll definitely have to try that, too. As for the Feta, I totally get it. My husband isn't into Feta either, but somehow when you bake it, it tastes totally different and he really, really likes this dish. So, yay I'm so glad that was the case for you, too.

Tried the 1st time w Brie, no one in our house loves feta. Was so good we made again 3 days later w/ feta. It was even better! We both love this and will make it regularly. New fave!!
